“Day 39: Write a haiku about something that happens to you today or is in the news today. Bonus: Illustrate it!Haiku: A short, non-rhyming, three-line, traditional Japanese poem. In English, they usually have 17 syllables: five syllables on the first and third lines, and seven syllables on the second line.”
I did not do my haiku based on today’s events…instead, I just on the idea of the phoenix, which I love.
